Important
Information:
Customer
is responsible for cleaning and daily servicing of all equipment and tools. Rates
quoted are for an 8-hour day, 40-hour week and 160-hour month. Rates do
not include damage waiver fees of 12%. Rented and leased insurance
certificates may be substituted in lieu of damage waiver charges. All rates
are based on a single shift. Excess hours will be calculated by
dividing the single shift rates by 8, 40, or 160, whichever is applicable, and
multiplying the excess hours by that rate. All
rentals FOB yard.
